Favour is an 11-year-old pupil in Primary Four at Mifik Junior School. She lives with her father in Kirwanya village, Mityana District, in a family of five children— four boys and one girl. Favour is a cheerful and outgoing student who actively participates both at school and at home. She helps her father with daily chores such as washing utensils and cleaning the house, showing a strong sense of responsibility at a young age. Her father works as a casual laborer in bricklaying, a seasonal job with a very limited and unstable income. As a result, he struggles to meet the family’s basic needs and pay school fees consistently. Despite these challenges, Favour remains hopeful and determined. She dreams of becoming a nurse in the future so she can care for others and make a positive impact in her community.
