The Women Empowerment and Discipleship Program is a life-changing initiative designed to uplift and empower women in the Mityana region and Namuwongo slum. With 38 women actively participating, the program provides a unique combination of practical skills training and spiritual growth, enabling women to transform their lives and positively impact their communities. Each year, the program focuses on two groups—one in each location—with six-month training cycles, culminating in a graduation ceremony. After graduation, new groups are enrolled, ensuring continuous growth and impact.

mentor and regularly engages with facilitators for counseling and guidance.
In addition to spiritual growth, the discipleship syllabus addresses emotional support, healing, and dealing with life’s challenges. Participants are guided in rediscovering their self-worth and dignity, enabling them to face obstacles with confidence and hope. The mentorship program fosters a safe and nurturing environment where women can share their struggles, receive encouragement, and align their decisions with God’s will. Many women have embraced a personal journey with Jesus, growing into Christ-like individuals who inspire change.
The program offers skill development workshops tailored to help women achieve economic independence. Our current offerings include:
